1-Year Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. Every product comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • Broken or malfunctioning hardware (clasps, hooks, D-rings, etc.)
  • Fraying or tearing of webbing under normal pulling conditions

❌ What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic scratches, faded colors)
  • Damage from chewing, scratching, or excessive pulling beyond intended use
  • Damage from improper use, modifications, or accidents

📩 How to Claim

To start a warranty claim, email us with the following:
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem
If the issue is covered, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
